This policy explains how we handle shipping for both custom-made and ready-made products.
1. Processing Times
Custom-Made Products
Each custom item is made to order.

5. Shipping Addresses

MVme is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect it.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We use trusted carriers to deliver your orders safely, but occasionally parcels may be delayed or lost in transit.
