Welcome to MVme.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchases made through our store. By placing an order with MVme, you agree to these Terms, so please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Our Products

MVme offers a range of products, including both custom-made and ready-made items.
Custom products are created to your specifications — such as personalized designs, sizes, or materials (including upcycled firefighter uniforms or unique components).

Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our custom items, slight variations may occur. These are part of the product’s unique character and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Cancellations

Please check your order details carefully before submitting.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
For non-custom (ready-made) items, cancellations may be accepted prior to dispatch — please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Custom Products

All custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors made by MVme.

If your custom order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or repair if appropriate.

Non-Custom Products

We accept returns or exchanges for non-custom (ready-made) products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using reliable carriers.
Processing and delivery times vary depending on whether your order includes custom items.
Once dispatched, MVme is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by postal or courier services.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we cannot redirect parcels once shipped.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices, shipping costs, or product information at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other available methods. Orders are not processed until payment is received in full.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, logos, and written content on this website are the property of MVme and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MVme is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your original order.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only collect and use your information to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience. We never sell or share your personal data.
